Eric Bonner CEO, having worked in corporate IT for over 10 years for a major utility company, and seeing what customer service was NOT, established TLC Computer Care with a sincere desire to provide the community with what every customer needs, excellent customer service, fair pricing, and competent technical expertise.  His one philosophy, "Put the customer first, treat them fairly, work hard for them, and they will be your customer for life", has propelled TLC Computer Care from a new business to one of the most respected and honest shops in the local area.
